Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses

Handle cases such as burns, fractures, cuts, heat stress, and dehydration

Coordinate hospital referrals and ambulance services when required

Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups

Maintain confidential employee medical records and reports

Monitor employees with chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)

Ensure compliance with Omani occupational health and safety regulations

Conduct health awareness and safety training sessions

Promote hygiene standards and proper use of PPE

Maintain medical inventory and emergency supplies

Prepare incident reports and support insurance documentation
