## Position Description

### Primary Mission

Within Fairmont La Marina Rabat Salé, the Nurse is responsible for providing primary healthcare services to employees and, when necessary, to guests. They ensure the prevention of occupational hazards, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and actively contribute to workplace well-being and health in a demanding, service excellence-oriented environment.

### Key Responsibilities

**Medical Care & Assistance**

- Provide basic nursing care (vital sign monitoring, wound care, administering injections as prescribed, first aid)

- Respond promptly in case of accident or emergency within the establishment

- Assess health conditions and refer to healthcare professionals when necessary

- Ensure medical coverage according to operational needs

**Occupational Health & Safety**

- Participate in occupational hazard prevention

- Contribute to employee medical monitoring

- Participate in awareness campaigns (hygiene, ergonomics, seasonal prevention, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and hygiene requirements

**Management & Compliance**

- Maintain medical records with complete confidentiality

- Manage medical equipment and inventory

- Ensure compliance with local health regulations

**Coordination**

- Collaborate closely with People & Culture and HSE teams

- Provide regular reports to Management

- Participate in internal health and safety audits

## Qualifications

### Education

- State Nursing Diploma (mandatory)

### Experience

- Experience as an occupational health nurse in a corporate setting (mandatory)

### Skills

- Excellent responsiveness and emergency management capabilities

- Service-oriented mindset and exemplary professional conduct

- Discretion and absolute respect for confidentiality

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment
