## Company Description
Spanning 18 hectares on the seafront in Taghazout Bay, the resort is located 17 km from the city of Agadir, near the desert dunes of the Souss-Massa-Draa region, offering a range of tailor-made experiences.
## Position Description
The nurse's primary mission is to contribute to the maintenance and well-being of patients. This role involves administering care and carefully monitoring patient conditions. Working closely with physicians, the nurse responds to care requests while being capable of acting independently to meet patient needs. Additionally, the nurse manages patient medical records to ensure appropriate and efficient follow-up. The nurse will provide medical assistance to all hotel staff under the direction and guidelines of the occupational health physician and the Director of People & Culture.
### Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and advise staff regarding health and hygiene matters
- Maintain updated regulatory documentation (staff medical files, fitness certificates, etc.)
- Administer emergency first aid to employees
- Organize preventive medicine initiatives (pre-employment medical exams, health screenings, vaccinations, periodic analyses, annual and return-to-work visits, etc.)
- Manage pharmaceutical products and ensure maintenance of medical equipment
- Support preventive medical monitoring of exposed staff (periodic visits, biological analyses, etc.) and promote awareness of safety regulations
- Monitor and control medical files (health insurance) and occupational accident records
- Track sick leave absences
- Monitor requests for job accommodation
- Produce activity reports and contribute to HR dashboard management
## Qualifications
- Qualified nursing degree (Infirmière polyvalente)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the hospitality sector
- Perfect command of French language, both written and oral
- Advanced proficiency in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, empathy
- Ability to build trust with colleagues and identify potential concerns
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with keen observation abilities
- Discretion and patience
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate relevant information while maintaining confidentiality
- Knowledge of occupational health regulations
