Key responsibilities
Perform advanced interventional procedures guided by the latest imaging technologies, including CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
Diagnose patients and formulate personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic imaging findings.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Monitor patients pre- and post-procedure to ensure optimal recovery and address any complications.
Educate and inform patients about procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to improve understanding and comfort.
Participate in research and clinical trials to advance the field of interventional radiology and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
Contribute to quality assurance and compliance within the radiology department.
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution with a focus on radiology.
Board certification in interventional radiology.
Active medical license to practice in the UAE.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in interventional radiology, with a proven track record of utilizing advanced technologies.
Strong competencies in executing a variety of interventional procedures.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
