We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff RN Nurse IVF; the successful candidate will provide patient-centered care to individuals and families undergoing fertility treatments. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients in a supportive and empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in all aspects of IVF treatment, including patient education, medication administration, and monitoring. Perform nursing assessments, collect medical histories, and maintain accurate documentation.

· Support physicians during procedures, such as egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and ultrasounds.

· Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout the treatment process.

· Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols.

· Monitor and manage patient progress, recognizing and responding to any complications.

· Administer medications, including injections, as required.

· Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment for patients and staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ø License: Valid DOH nursing license.

Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Ø Experience: Minimum 3 Years with IVF experience only.
