Key responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye examinations to evaluate patients' visual acuity and overall eye health.
Diagnose and treat a variety of ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal conditions.
Conduct surgical procedures as required, from cataract surgeries to refractive surgery.
Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, fostering informed decision-making.

Document patient interactions and adhere to all regulatory standards for medical recordkeeping.
Stay abreast of advancements in ophthalmology through continuous education and professional development.
Requirements
Medical degree with the completion of residency in ophthalmology.
Valid medical license to practice ophthalmology in the relevant jurisdiction.
Significant experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions in a private healthcare setting.
Expertise in various ophthalmic surgical procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
