SearchPlus HR is seeking a motivated and skilled junior consultant surgical oncologist to join a leading private healthcare facility. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career oncologists to expand their clinical expertise and contribute to providing high-quality cancer care.

In this role, you will assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of patients with various types of cancer. You will work under the supervision of senior surgical oncologists and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations

Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of experienced consultants

Participate in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with cancer

Manage post-operative care and monitor patients' progress

Engage with the healthcare team to discuss patient cases and share insights

Participate in educational activities and ongoing training to enhance surgical skills

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in surgical oncology

Requirements

Medical degree with relevant training in surgical oncology

Valid medical license to practice as a junior consultant surgical oncologist

Basic experience in surgical oncology through residency or fellowship

Knowledge of oncology principles and surgical techniques

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to patient care

Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior consultants
