As a junior consultant urologist, you will work alongside experienced specialists to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of urological conditions. The position provides excellent exposure to both medical and surgical aspects of urology while supporting your professional growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct detailed clinical evaluations and physical examinations of patients presenting with urological issues.

Assist in diagnosing and managing disorders such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate conditions, and urinary incontinence.

Support senior consultants during surgical procedures and gain hands-on experience.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and laboratory investigations.

Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education regarding therapy options and lifestyle adjustments.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient histories, examinations, and treatment progress.

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions to enhance patient care.

Engage in continuous professional development and training to keep abreast of advancements in urology.

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license.

Completion of residency training in urology.

Strong interest in urology with a commitment to learning and professional development.

Good clinical judgment and diagnostic capabilities.

Effective communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
