Requirements

Medical degree with completion of a residency in general surgery

Recent completion of or in the process of completing a fellowship in cardio thoracic surgery

A strong interest in pursuing a career in cardiothoracic surgery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety

Willingness to learn and engage in continuous professional development
