Key responsibilities

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).

Completion of a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or a related field.

Active license or eligibility for licensure to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Basic exposure to surgical procedures in an academic or clinical setting.

Strong understanding of oral anatomy and surgical principles.
