Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows within the ICU.
Proactively manage critically ill patients, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes.
Perform complex procedures, including central line placement, intubation, and bronchoscopy, with precision and proficiency.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and evidence-based medicine.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a medical degree (MD or DNB) and is board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine/in Anesthesia with additional certification and experience in Critical Care.
Holds a valid medical license and is eligible for licensure in the state where the position is located.
Demonstrates proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and other relevant certifications.
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ICU setting, handling a wide range of critical illnesses.
Specialist DHA License is required. (Anesthesia or Cretical Care) Must be inside country on valid UAE residence visa. ICU Experience mandatory.
