Job description

Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Develop and follow shipment plans in line with product availability and delivery schedules.

Ensure all incoming supplies are accurately received, registered, and processed in the logistics system in accordance with approved SOPs.

Arrange and manage transportation of products to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Maintain and prepare delivery records for field engineers to support on-time and accurate distribution.

Implement preventive measures to avoid quality control issues during handling, storage, and transportation.

Ensure product quality is maintained throughout the shipment and delivery process.

Maintain, update, and track supplier orders and logistics documentation.

Prepare, analyze, and present logistics and transportation performance reports to management.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and import/export activities (experience in manufacturing is a plus).

Good knowledge of import and export procedures, customs regulations, shipping documentation, and clearance processes.

Good understanding of logistics processes, transportation planning, and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with logistics systems and ERP platforms for order tracking, import/export documentation, and reporting.
