About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with medical protocols

Monitor patient health, administer medications, and assist physicians during treatments

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Support patient recovery through compassionate care and effective communication

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal healthcare outcomes

Requirements

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution

Valid nursing license

Minimum 3–4 years of clinical experience (hospital experience preferred)

Eligibility for Oman Prometric / DataFlow / MOH license is an advantage

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts
