Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated
healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient centered
nursing care in accordance with established medical protocols, professional standards, and the
regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strong
commitment to patient well-being, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a
multidisciplinary team.
Primary Healthcare & First Aid
Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for injuries, illnesses, and other
medical concerns
Assess, diagnose, and treat minor ailments, cuts, scrapes, insect bites, and other
common camp-related health issues
Administer prescribed medications accurately and maintain detailed records of all
Dosages
Monitor individuals with pre-existing conditions (e.g., asthma, allergies, diabetes)
and ensure their care plans are followed
Conduct initial health screenings for all campers and staff upon arrival, as needed.
Emergency Response
Act as the primary medical responder for all emergencies, including accidents and
serious illnesses
Stabilize patients and prepare them for transport to external medical facilities if
required.
Liaise effectively with local emergency services and medical professionals
Maintain a fully stocked and organized first aid station/clinic.
Health & Safety Promotion
Implement and enforce camp health and hygiene policies, including infection control
measures.
Educate campers and staff on health, safety, and wellness topics (e.g., hydration,
sun protection, personal hygiene).
Identify potential health hazards within the camp environment and recommend
preventative measures
Documentation & Communication
Maintain accurate, confidential, and thorough medical records for all health
encounters, treatments, and communications
Communicate promptly and professionally with parents/guardians regarding
significant health issues or incidents, while respecting confidentiality.
Inventory & Maintenance:
Provide clear and concise updates to the Camp Director/Site Manager on the health
status of individuals.
Manage and maintain medical supplies, equipment, and medications, ensuring
adequate stock levels and proper storage.
Ensure all medical equipment is in good working order and regularly checked
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Licensure - Valid and current Male Registered Nurse license from the Saudi
Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) with full Ministry of Health
(MOH) approval to practice in Saudi Arabia. (Proof of MOH approval is
mandatory).
Certifications : Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
are highly desirable
Language : Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in
Arabic is highly advantageous.
