Description
The Clinical Application Specialist will act as the key link between advanced X-ray imaging systems and healthcare providers across the MEAR region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical and technical application support to distributors and end users
* Conducting on-site and remote demonstrations, user training, and workflow optimization sessions
* Supporting radiology teams with imaging protocols, dose management, and best-practice guidance
* Assisting distributors in troubleshooting application-related queries
* Analyzing customer workflows and recommending optimal system configurations to enhance efficiency and image quality
* Collaborating with sales, service, and R&D teams to communicate market feedback and support product improvements
* Participating in product launches, workshops, and educational initiatives
* Staying updated on software upgrades, clinical developments, and emerging imaging technologies

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
* Expert knowledge of X-ray imaging systems and medical imaging software
* Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose management
* Previous experience in clinical application support or training is preferred
* Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Willingness to travel as required
