Medical Assistant/Nursing Specialist (Study Nurse) (m/f/d)

Your tasks
As a medical assistant/study nurse, you will play a central role in the organization and execution of clinical trials. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
Coordination and management of drug trials from initiation to study completion
Practical implementation of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
Implementation of study-specific measures (e.g. ECG, blood sampling, vital signs, cognitive tests)
Planning and organization of study dates as well as support for participants
Documentation and maintenance of study records (e.g. Investigator Site File)
Handling of investigational medicinal products according to the study protocol
Data entry into electronic data capture systems (eCRFs)
Preparation and support of monitoring visits, audits and inspections
Participation in study-related meetings and training sessions
Your profile
Completed training in a healthcare profession (e.g., nursing, medical assistant)
Ideally, GCP certification and experience in conducting clinical trials.
Proficient use of MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Organizational skills, strong communication skills, and teamwork skills
Independent, structured and responsible work ethic
Friendly, service-oriented demeanor towards study participants and partners
Desirable: X-ray license and experience with neuropsychological tests (not mandatory)
