Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee clinical trial activities, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulations, and ethical standards, driving successful study completion.

Manage medical affairs activities, including medical information, publications, and scientific communications, to disseminate accurate and impactful medical knowledge.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs), fostering collaborations and gathering insights.

Provide medical input and strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align activities with medical objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

7 - 10 years of experience in medical insurance or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACII from The Chartered Insurance Professional) is an advantage.

Skills:

Deep understanding of medical insurance products, underwriting, and claims management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance management software.
