Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate medical oncologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert diagnosis and treatment for cancer patients, employing the latest evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
The medical oncologist will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design individualized treatment plans, administer therapies, and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose cancer patients using clinical assessment and diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment regimens including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
Coordinate care with surgical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Manage treatment side effects and provide supportive care to enhance patient well-being.
Participate in clinical trials and stay informed on advancements in oncology.
Document patient care accurately in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
Requirements
M.D. or equivalent medical degree with specialization in medical oncology.
Board certification in medical oncology.
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology.
Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of cancer therapies and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and research in oncology.
Valid medical license to practice.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
