About the Role
Al-Futtaim Health is inviting Emirati nationals to join our Quality and Patient Safety team as a Quality Officer. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our continued commitment to Emiratisation and the development of local talent within healthcare governance and quality.
As a Quality Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting patient safety, accreditation readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring across HealthHub Clinics and services.
Work Pattern
Full-time position. Corporate and clinic support role based in Dubai Festival City. 5-day work week designed to support work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
Promote patient safety practices across HealthHub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives.
Support the collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of quality and patient safety data.
Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns.
Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service.
Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts.
Support accreditation activities, including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Coordinate and support quality committees, meetings, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Support focused reviews, audits, and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies.
Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review.
Support staff education, quality awareness activities, and patient safety initiatives.
Ensure confidentiality of all patient, staff, and organisational information.

Who You Are
UAE National.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Science, Healthcare, Nursing, or Quality Management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
Practical knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, and healthcare governance principles.
Experience supporting accreditation programmes and surveys.
Familiarity with investigation tools such as root cause analysis and performance improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented approach to work.
