Job responsibilities
We are looking to recruit Neonatal Nurses who are enthusiastic, forward thinking, compassionate and caring to complement our ever-expanding innovative team. We are also looking for Band 6 Senior Neonatal Nurses who lead the shift on a day to day basis as a supernumerary shift coordinator. They are responsible for leading the nursing team ensuring the babies and their parents are at the center of everything we do . They uphold standards and are a role model to ensure quality of care is delivered to babies across the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications B6
Essential
Current NMC Registration
Degree or equivalent training and experience (RCN / Diploma in Child Health or RGN)
FLAP or equivalent
Post graduate specialist training in Neonatal Intensive Care
NLS
Desirable
Level 3 safeguarding children
Experience B6
Essential
Demonstrable experience of working in a neonatal unit
Competent in all aspects for neonatal care from special care to intensive care
Continuing experience of mentorship within a neonatal setting
Desirable
Management experience
Participation in audit and research
Qualifications B5

RCN degree/diploma level

Willingness to undertake Neonatal qualification if not already held
