We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled neonatologist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this vital role, you will deliver specialized medical care to newborns dealing with significant health issues, particularly those who are born prematurely or have complex medical conditions. Our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) utilizes the latest technology, emphasizing a holistic approach that incorporates family involvement in the care process.

Your duties will include:

Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of infants to diagnose medical conditions accurately.

Administering high-level neonatal care including life-saving interventions and ongoing management of critically ill patients.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to create individualized care plans.

Educating and supporting families, providing clear communication about treatment plans, care procedures, and prognosis.

Engaging in clinical research to contribute to advancements in neonatal medicine.

Participating in training and mentoring of medical staff and residents in the NICU.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Completion of residency training in Pediatrics and fellowship training in Neonatology.

Board certification in Neonatology is required.

Active medical license in the state of practice.

Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU or equivalent setting.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Commitment to collaborative team-based care and continuous professional development.

Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and deliver care with compassion.
