Our company is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate neonatologist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will provide specialized care for newborns facing complex health challenges, including those born prematurely or with other serious medical conditions. Our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is equipped with the latest technology, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, family-centered care.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Performing comprehensive assessments and diagnosing medical conditions in newborn patients.

Administering medical management for critically ill infants and providing critical interventions as necessary.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Communicating effectively with families, offering guidance and emotional support during challenging times.

Engaging in clinical research projects to advance neonatal care practices and improve patient outcomes.

Participating in educational programs to mentor and train medical staff and residents.

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Completion of residency training in pediatrics and a fellowship in neonatology.

Board certification in neonatology is required.

Active medical license in the state of practice.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a NICU setting preferred.

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with families.

A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of neonatology.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment.
