Key responsibilities
Perform detailed neurological evaluations and assessments for patients with complex neurological conditions.
Develop, implement, and manage tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
Utilize diagnostic tools such as MRI, CT scans, and EEG to inform clinical decision-making.
Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding neurological conditions and treatment options.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in alignment with DHA regulations.
Engage in continued professional development to keep abreast of advancements in neurology and patient care.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote neurological health awareness.
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in neurology
A valid DHA license to practice as a neurologist specialist in Dubai
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical neurology setting
In-depth understanding of neurological disorders and treatment protocols
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a healthcare team
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is preferred
