Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution (diploma not accepted)

Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Neonatal Nursing

Minimum of 8 years of total nursing experience, including at least 3 years in leadership/managerial role within NICU

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and support staff development & competency frameworks

Current and valid nursing registration from home country

Valid certifications (BLS, NRP and PALS)
