Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and intravenous fluids with precision, ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery to fragile newborns.

Continuously monitor vital signs, including heart rate, respiration, and oxygen saturation, to detect and respond to critical changes swiftly.

Provide comprehensive respiratory support, managing ventilators, CPAP, and other respiratory equipment to facilitate optimal breathing for premature infants.

Perform detailed assessments of newborns, recognizing subtle signs of distress or illness that may require immediate intervention.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating legal authorization to practice nursing.

Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), showing a strong educational foundation.

Achieve and maintain certifications such as BLS, NRP, and other relevant neonatal certifications, proving competence in essential skills.

Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting, showcasing familiarity with neonatal care.
