Job Offer Description
Participate in conducting hiring visits and annual medical consultations with the occupational physician.
Ensure creation, management and updating of medical files for all company employees.
Ensure management of the medical service.
Participate in prevention actions, health education, hygiene and safety.
Establish a diagnosis following work accidents and provide first aid within their responsibility.
Ensure availability of all medical supplies (medications, etc.) necessary for employee safety.
Monitor employee safety and health.
Comply with hygiene and safety rules according to internal hygiene and safety policy.
Receive and deliver health insurance files to company insurance company representatives.
Establish a weekly report specifying the reimbursement status of medical files.
Establish a weekly report including the number of women on maternity leave and persons on long-term sick leave.
Issue a monthly report differentiating short-term and long-term sick leave.
Make a monthly statement of repeat offenders regarding absences.
Ensure compliance of employee medical information.
Be compliant with group policy and procedures in terms of safety.
Required Skills and Experience
Nursing diploma: state nurse or red crescent nurse.
Mastery of computer tools: Word, Excel.
Basic knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation regarding hygiene and safety.
Discretion, organization, sociable character, good communication, excellent relationship with employees.
