What We Offer You

We remunerate your work according to your qualifications, experience and area according to our AVR DWBO tariff with a salary between 63,700.00 euros and 78,000.00 euros per year for 38.5 hours per week.

Tariff Allowances

Retirement provisions where we pay an additional 4 percent of gross salary for your pension

Annual special payments up to a 13th monthly salary

For each child (if entitled to child allowance) a child allowance of 88 euros per month

ITS allowance 200 euros per month

PpSG allowance between 163 to 179 euros per month

Shift allowance of 35 euros per month with permanent shift work

Night allowance (from 20:00 to 06:00) 30 percent

Sunday allowance between 35 and 40 percent

Holiday allowance between 45 and 60 percent
