For the individual and specific care of patients in outpatient nursing in the Grefrath area, we are looking for an empathetic nursing specialist (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time. As the nursing service is experiencing growth, a deputy nursing service manager will be needed in due course.

So This Is What Your Future Area of Responsibility Looks Like

You provide your patients with all medical and nursing measures. This includes medication management as well as wound and port care.

You work very closely with doctors, therapists and your team, thus ensuring optimal care for your patients.

Through personal interaction, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that your patients feel comfortable and can be cared for in a family environment.

What You Bring

You have completed a three-year apprenticeship (state examination) in health and nursing, pediatric nursing or geriatric care.

You have a good sense of how your patients are feeling and radiate joy of life.

It gives you pleasure to care for your patients in a very individual way.
