MTS Meditel Service GmbH is a specialist in the field of homecare for the implementation of patient care programs for patients with rare diseases. We are looking for reinforcement of our nursing team of experienced registered nurses and nursing professionals in a diverse field of work in the area of homecare support in full-time or part-time (no nursing care).

We are looking for full-time or part-time positions for the Stuttgart/Tübingen/Ulm regions for a Homecare Nurse / Patient Coach (m/w/d) for permanent employment (field service).

➡️ Main focus of activities:

Support of patients in patient care programs in the home environment 🏠

Training of patients and their relatives in the handling of medication administration until safe application

Induction in the handling of medical aids (e.g., infusion pumps) 💬

Information on proper handling and storage of required medications and aids at the patient's home

If necessary, preparation and administration of intravenous injections in adults and children

Care of central venous accesses (e.g., port, Hickman,...)

Close coordination with the treating physician/doctor 👨‍⚕️

Documentation of visits performed 📄

Examined registered nurse / Examined pediatric nurse (m/w/d) 👩‍⚕️

Experience in the homecare field is advantageous

Secure handling of subcutaneous and/or intravenous medication administration in adults and children

Empathetic and responsible working approach in dealing with children and their relatives 👩‍👧‍👦

Flexibility, independent working approach

Very good German language skills

Driver's license class B
