With 461 beds, approximately 71,000 patients are treated annually on an inpatient and outpatient basis. For our intensive care unit, we are looking for a conscientious nursing specialist (m/f/d) as deputy station manager who, together with the team, ensures structured, safe and patient-oriented care and actively shapes the organizational and technical processes of the station.

Your Tasks

Participation in the professional, organizational and personnel management of the intensive care unit as well as ensuring safe, high-quality and patient-oriented intensive care nursing.

Support in planning, coordinating and monitoring nursing processes and promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration.

Participation in shift planning, efficient personnel deployment design as well as guidance, promotion and structured onboarding of employees.

Implementation and active participation in nursing and quality standards as well as participation in projects, concept development and continuous improvement processes.

Close and trusting collaboration with the station manager and the nursing service management.
