At the Heart Center Leipzig, we are looking for you starting July 1, 2026 as Nursing Leadership Anesthesia Care (m/w/d).

What Awaits You

You lead the nursing team of the organizational unit Anesthesia Care

You coordinate the deployment of employees and support your nursing team in developing professional and social competencies

You take on the further development and design of processes and structures in your area of responsibility

You ensure the implementation of company and clinic objectives (e.g., group transparency regulations, HELIOS management code of conduct, checklists, internal reviews) in your area of responsibility

You promote an open and constructive error culture and lead your team with appreciation and respect

You actively contribute to the further development and implementation of nursing-specific topics with reference to legal requirements and national expert standards

What You Bring

You have completed training as a Healthcare and Nursing Professional, Nursing Specialist (m/w/d), Anesthesia Technician, or equivalent qualification

You bring several years of professional experience, ideally with management responsibility

Ideally you have completed specialist training as a nurse specialist in anesthesia and intensive care medicine (m/w/d)

Ideally you have completed a management course or are willing to complete a station management course or degree program in Management/Nursing

Your strengths include communication skills, initiative, organizational talent, and pronounced social competence

You bring willingness for interprofessional collaboration and can work confidently with IT applications such as MS Office and have statutory required documentation
