For the individual and specific care of patients in outpatient nursing in the Grefrath area, we are looking for an empathetic nursing specialist (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time. Since the nursing service is growing, a deputy nursing service manager will be needed in the future.

So that's what your future area of responsibility looks like

You care for your patients with all medical and nursing measures. This includes medication management as well as wound and port care.

You work very closely with doctors, therapists and your team, ensuring optimal care for your patients.

Through personal interaction, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that your patients feel comfortable and can be cared for in a family environment.

What you bring with you

You have completed a three-year training (state examination) in health and nursing care, pediatric nursing or geriatric care.

You have a good sense of how your patients are feeling and radiate joie de vivre.

You enjoy caring for your patients in a very individual way.
