Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mauritius for a Critical Care Technologist. The Critical Care Technologist will be responsible for operating and maintaining critical care equipment, assisting in patient monitoring, and providing technical expertise in intensive care units. The role also involves collaborating with medical teams to manage critically ill patients effectively and ensuring the accuracy of medical data collection in a high-pressure setting.

Qualifications

Experience with critical care equipment, patient monitoring systems, and related advanced medical technologies

A solid understanding of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and protocols

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Effective interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and patient interaction

Ability to work efficiently in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a healthcare-related field is required

Prior experience in a critical care or intensive care setting is an advantage
