Clinical Manager – Aged Care

Are you a strong clinical leader ready to make a real impact in aged care? We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Manager to lead and support a dedicated team in a well-established facility in Blenheim.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager, or a confident Senior Registered Nurse ready to step into leadership.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and leading a team to deliver best practice outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll mentor, guide, and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams

Oversee resident care planning and ensure high standards are maintained

Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards

Mentor and develop staff to build capability and confidence

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in aged care (essential)

Current APC and Registered Nurse qualification

InterRAI qualified (preferred)

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

A passion for delivering high-quality resident care

Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance

A collaborative, approachable leadership style
