About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide supervision and oversight to the team of registered nurses and health care assistants who are responsible for the delivery of clinical services to residents in a new, purpose built aged care facility.
As Clinical Coordinator you will support the Care Home Manager on the day to day running of the facility, providing operational, clinical and people leadership. You will manage care plans, adhere to standards, mentor staff and bridge communication between residents, families and healthcare providers, focusing on clinical risk management and continuous improvement.
As part of a dedicated clinical team in a reputable aged care organisation, you will ensure residents receive excellent care and the home runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Providing clinical oversight to RNs and HCAs
Maintaining clinical competence, leadership and service delivery
Lead assessments in the care home
Provide coaching and training opportunities to the healthcare team
Conduct and support performance capability
Assist with audit preparation
Build strong relationships with staff, residents and families
Skills And Experience
NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
Minimum two years' experience leading teams in aged care
Confidence in managing clinical risk and compliance
Strong operational capability, incl. budgeting and quality management
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
