The Role

Support the Anaesthetist across all aspects of anaesthesia administration

Maintain accurate documentation throughout the intra-operative period

Keep anaesthetic equipment maintained in line with ANZCA guidelines

Participate in patient checking, transfer and handover processes

Support RNs with patient turnaround and day-to-day theatre activities

$38-$54 per hour depending on experience

Monday to Friday with no weekends

What You'll Need

Qualified as an Anaesthetic Technician or Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistant

Current registration with the Medical Sciences Council of NZ or Nursing Council of NZ

At least 2 years' experience in a similar setting

Strong communication within a multidisciplinary team

A genuine commitment to patient-centered care

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
