The Opportunity:

We are looking for Basic Care Assistants to join us for various disciplines to provide high quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

Attend to hygiene needs of patients who require assistance or are bedbound

Oral feed patients who require assistance with oral feeding

Assist with lifting, moving and transporting of patients

Ensure patients safety and facilitate social-emotional support through suitable activities

Maintain a clean, well-organised and pleasant environment for all patients

Comply with infection control practices when attending to patients

Performs other duties assigned by nurse manager

Job Requirements:

No prior patient care experience is required, candidates with WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing) may be considered for Care Support Associate

Minimum qualifications: PSLE or WPLN

Good communication and interpersonal skills

On-the-job training will be provided
