We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurses in Co. Tipperary to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide short-term and long-term cover across a range of healthcare settings, delivering safe, patient-centred care while adapting quickly to new environments.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with facility policies and best practice

Carry out patient assessments, monitor conditions, and maintain accurate documentation

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors and support staff

Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and the Emerald Nursing team

Respond effectively to emergencies following correct protocols

Maintain strict infection control and safety standards

Adapt confidently to different wards and clinical environments

Requirements:

Active NMBI registration

Current BLS/CPR certification

Minimum 6 months acute nursing experience in Ireland

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills

Flexibility to travel to different locations
