Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration and treatment as per physician's orders.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and execute care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on health management and prevention strategies.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records.
Qualifications: - Nursing degree Bachelor’s from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license to practice in Bahrain.
- Minumum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong understanding of nursing principles and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- A caring and patient-centered approach to nursing.
