What this role is all about:
As a Vitality Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting members on their health journey. You’ll carry out clinical screenings and collect samples such as blood, urine, and saliva, while also delivering services like Medical Telephone Questionnaires, Member Health Checks, and Wellness Day activities.
Based at the Vitality Clinic in London Bridge, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
This is a people‑focused role at its core. You’ll be engaging with members from all walks of life, putting them at ease, explaining procedures clearly, and building trust through your professionalism and warmth. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create a positive experience for every member are essential.
You’ll be part of a supportive team of Nurses and Office staff who share a commitment to high‑quality care and a collaborative working culture.
Key Actions
You will be required to conduct client screening appointments at their home or work location.
When your schedule has availability you will be allocated a range of Tele medical Interviews.
Liaising with customers, our underwriters and operational team to promote health and wellbeing in a professional but informal manner.
Manage client expectations in line with company policies and procedures.
Planning, organising and prioritising your workload/equipment to meet your day to day activities.
Work in collaboration with the concierge to manage your appointments and diary.
Take accountability of every case, you will conduct physical examinations and collect samples for insurance applicants and healthcare customers.
Promoting good health.
