Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency care to workers as required.

Maintain stock of required first aid medicine and Medical Equipment's.

Keep track employees health checkups, immunization as required by law or civil defense.

Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and immunizations for employees.

Monitor and manage employee illnesses and injuries, including referral to appropriate medical specialists as needed.

Develop and implement health and safety programs, including ergonomics assessments, injury prevention, and health promotion initiatives

Conduct training sessions for employees on health and safety topics

Stay current with industry developments and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards

Collaborate with HSE officer, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
