About the job
Under the Sioux Lookout Area Primary Care Team and within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse, the Nurse II - Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing primary health care to clients within the Sioux Lookout area. The Nurse II - Registered Nurse works with the client and the community to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention, as well as collaborates and consults with members of an interdisciplinary team to address issues experienced by clients and within the community. The Nurse II - Registered Nurse will provide holistic and integrated care to all ages within the Sioux Lookout catchment area, including the 33 First Nations communities.

Salary Range: $88,049 - $113,338/year. $48.379 - $62.274/hourl
