Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team at Optimum Clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, clinically competent, and committed to upholding the highest standards of healthcare in a professional outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations

Prepare patients for consultations and clinical procedures

Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and aftercare instructions

Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols

Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and other clinic staff for seamless patient care

Respond promptly and effectively to patient concerns and emergencies

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of examination rooms and clinical equipment

Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations in Oman

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

Valid nursing license from the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) or eligibility to obtain one

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (outpatient/clinic experience preferred)

BLS/CPR certification (ACLS is an advantage)

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
