Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions

Administer medications, injections, and IV treatments as prescribed

Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and infection control standards

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid

Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care planning

Monitor recovery progress and report changes to doctors

Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage

Qualification & Experience

BSc Nursing: Minimum 3 years of experience (No career gap)

GNM Nursing: Minimum 4 years of experience (No career gap)

Valid nursing certification or license preferred as per Oman requirements

Experience in hospital or clinical environment is mandatory

Skills Required

Strong clinical and patient care skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of medical procedures and healthcare protocols

Ability to handle emergency situations effectively

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Teamwork and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge for patient records
