Positions Available: RN & RPN – Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG)
Possible Departments: Acute & Post-Acute Nursing Floors
BCHS is potentially accepting applications for RNs and RPNs under the Nursing Graduate Guarantee Program, pending funding approval. This program supports newly registered nurses (within 12 months of CNO registration) by offering temporary full-time positions beyond standard staffing levels, easing their transition into practice.
Eligibility
Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program
Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BCLS certification
Commitment to accepting a full-time or temporary full-time position within one year
