About the Role
Your clinical experience is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical content. Your frontline nursing knowledge will directly shape how AI understands EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and patient care processes.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
Review and assess how AI interprets EHR documentation, care protocols, and clinical data
Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to healthcare informatics
Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models better reflect nursing practice
Translate clinical knowledge into clear, actionable insights for AI training teams
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background
Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Familiar with clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts
Strong analytical skills — you can spot when clinical information is missing, misleading, or incorrect
Clear written communicator who can explain clinical reasoning in plain language
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
Prior experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or a formal informatics role
Background in data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Experience with quality improvement, clinical auditing, or outcome analysis
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, etc.)
