About the Role
We are looking for candidates for our modern new building at the earliest possible date. On three new wards, our patients (aged 0 to 18 years) are cared for, nurtured, and supported individually and in small groups with heart and patience, accompanied by their parents. A central component of the role is close cooperation with parents, who are systematically involved in the entire treatment and therapy process.
Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from medical, therapeutic, psychological, and nursing-pedagogical departments is a core part of your daily work.

Your Responsibilities
Patient-oriented care, nursing, and promotion of children and adolescents with developmental delays and disorders in neurological, psychological, and sensory areas, or in speech.
Nursing-pedagogical design and accompaniment of the daily routine within the primary nursing system.
Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team (nurses, educators, psychologists, doctors, and therapists).
Intensive support and guidance for families.
Your Profile
Completed training in one of the aforementioned professional fields (Nursing Specialist, Nurse, etc.) or a comparable degree, e.g., Nursing/Nursing Science (Bachelor).
Interest in nursing-pedagogical patient care.
Experience with children and adolescents with disabilities, behavioral issues, and/or developmental delays.
Motivation to further develop pedagogical-nursing work.
Social competence, especially communication and conflict-resolution skills, flexibility, psychological resilience, and teamwork.
Good German language skills (written and spoken).
