Roles & Responsibilities

Industrial / Occupational Nurse/ School Nurse

Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses

Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and fitness medical assessments

Monitor and manage occupational health risks

Maintain medical records and health documentation

Assist in health and safety programs, risk assessments, and audits

Educate employees on health, hygiene, and workplace safety practices

Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and management when required

Ensure compliance with UAE health & safety regulations

Manage chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.)

Monitor student health and maintain medical and immunization records

Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with parents and hospitals

Promote health awareness, hygiene, and wellness programs

Support students with special healthcare needs

Ensure compliance with school health policies and UAE regulations

Pediatric nursing experience required

Registered Nurse (GNM / BSc / Post BSc / MSc Nursing)

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

DHA or DOH Eligibility Letter required

Good communication skills

Willingness to relocate to Dubai
