Key responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess and diagnose ocular conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medical and surgical options.

Conduct ophthalmic surgeries and laser treatments with precision and care.

Educate patients on eye health, wellness, and preventive measures.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients.

Stay informed on the latest advancements in ophthalmology practices and technology.

Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

Completion of an ophthalmology residency program.

Current DHA license to practice in Dubai.

At least 3 years of experience as an ophthalmology specialist.

Skilled in a variety of ophthalmic surgical techniques.

Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.

Strong communication and patient interaction abilities.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Commitment to continuous professional development and patient care excellence.

Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are a plus.
