The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing top-quality eye care and treatment to our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for diagnosing various ocular conditions, performing surgical and non-surgical interventions, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of your patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

Conduct thorough eye examinations and evaluations to diagnose conditions affecting vision.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to provide accurate assessments.

Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Perform various ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgeries and laser treatments.

Educate patients about their eye health, prevention strategies, and treatment options.

Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in ophthalmology.

Maintain meticulous medical records and comply with health regulations and standards.

Requirements

Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from a recognized institution.

Completion of a residency program in ophthalmology.

Valid DHA license to practice as an ophthalmology specialist in Dubai.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in ophthalmology.

Proficient in performing a range of ophthalmic surgeries and procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic healthcare team.

Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
